MINIATUR GOLF

Il miniatur golf pur essendo composto da piste di dimensioni contenute (cm. 625 di lunghezza ed una larghezza massima sulla testata di arrivo di cm. 140), è un impianto omologabile per gare nazionali ed internazionali.
La superficie richiesta per la posa di un MINIATUR GOLF è di 800/1000 mq. per impianti outdoor, e di appena 600/700 mq. per impianti indoor.

Even if MINIATUR GOLF is made up of courses with restrained sizes (length = 625 cm.; max. width for the arrival base =140 cm.), this plant can be homologated for national and international matches .
The surface requested for the laying of a Miniatur Golf is 800/1000 sqm for outdoor plants and only 600/700 sqm for indoor ones.

Come tutti i Golf su Pista anche il MINIATUR GOLF rappresenta un ottimo investimento, se si considera che il bacino di utenza è illimitato, a differenza di ogni altro impianto per lo sport o per il tempo libero, sempre, ed in ogni caso modesto, unito a quello importantissimo di poter essere omologato dalla Federazione Italiana Golf su Pista, rende il nostro MINIATUR GOLF il più appetibile fra i Golf su Pista. L'omologazione consente infatti di entrare nel circuito delle Gare Ufficiali.

Like every Golf on Course, MINIATUR GOLF represent an eccellent investment too, considering that the users'range is unlimeted, unlike any other sports or free time plant, which is always and in any case selective and confined to a restrained number of people. Besides this, its limited sizes and its consequent low costs, as well as the faculty of being homologated by the Italian Course Golf Federation, wich is a very important factor, make our MINIATUR GOLF the most desiderable among all golfs on course. In fact, homologation allows the entry into the circuit of the official matches.

I progettisti dell'ARTMAN ITALIANA, da sempre all'avanguardia nel settore della ricerca, hanno adottato per la costruzione delle piste di MINIATUR GOLF, un sistema di irrigidimento del piano di scorrimento che non consente alcuna deformazione dello stesso.
Nelle piste, infatti, realizzate totalmente in monoblocco scatolare mediante stampaggio a mano di plastici rinforzati con fibre di vetro, viene inserito un piano multistrato dello stesso tipo usato per le costruzioni marine. Tale anima, racchiusa in un blocco di polimeri espansi compattati mediante l'impiego di una pressa di 15 tonnellate,
evita la deformazione della pista sia in senso longitudinale che trasversale. Gli ostacoli sono "fusi” nella pista stessa, pertanto le superfici di scorrimento della pallina sono continue, omogenee e senza interruzioni.
Questo procedimento moderno ed innovativo pone fini a tutti i problemi che per trenta anni hanno costituito un grave handicap per tutti gli impianti di Miniatur Golf:
-Eliminazione delle lastre e degli ostacoli in cemento ed eternit (o similare) pesantissimi e facili a scheggiarsi.
-Eliminazione delle strutture in ferro zincato il cui peso, unito a quello delle lastre e degli ostacoli porta le piste ad un totale superiore a 450 kg. ciascuna.
-Eliminazione degli alti costi di trasporto e dei lunghi tempi di montaggio.
-Eliminazione delle antiestetiche stuccature necessarie a coprire le viti ed i giunti fra le lastre ed ostacoli, che dovevano essere ripetute almeno tre o quattro volte l'anno.
E finalmente non più piste dall'aspetto obsoleto appena montate, ma piste nuove e "fresche” dopo molti anni.

ARTMAN ITALIANA designers, since ever in the forefront in the field of research, have adopted a system , in order to stiffen the siding plane, which does not let it get deformed.
In fact, in the course, that is a box-type enbloc made by hand-pressing of plastics reinforced with fiber glass, a multi layer plane used also for sea constructions is insered. This core, enclosed in a block of expanded polymers compressed at 15 tons, prevents course from deformation in both longitudinal and trasversal sense. The hurdles are fused with the course itself, so the rolling surfaces of the ball are continuous, homogeneous and without interruptions .
This modern and innovating process puts an end to all troubles which have been a serious handicap to every MINIATUR GOLF plant for 30 yers .
Consequently:
- Elimination of sheets and hurdles made of concrete and asbestos cement ( and the like ), which are very heavy and easy to be chipped;
- Elimination of al galvanized iron structures, whose weight, added to the sheets and hurdles one, amounts to more than 450 kg. each;
- Elimination of the high carriage costs and the long assembly times;
- Elimination of the ugly stucco needed to cover the screws and the joints between the sheets and hurdles. The stuccoing process has to be carried out at least three or four times a year.
And at last no more just assemblied courses having an obsolete appearance, but only new and "fresh" ones even after plenty of years.

Le piste rospettano, sia nelle misure che negli ostacoli, le prescrizioni emanate dal Comitato tecnico della word Minigolf sport federation per questa disciplina. Il design di base è stato modernizzato con la esecuzione "a monoblocco" dei manufatti: le spond esono pertanto incorporate e formano un tutt'uno con il piano di scorrimento della pista stessa.
Il design globale si presenta molto piacevole, mentre i colori, che possono essre scelti dal cliente, ravvivano l'insieme in maniera vivace e simpatica.

Courses comply both in sizes and in hurdles with the rules issued for this discipline by the Technical Board of the World Minigolf Sport Federation.
The basic design has been modernized by turning all manufactures into an enbloc: the edges are therefore incorporated and make one body with the rolling surface of the course itself.
The global design looks very pleasant, while colours, which can be chosen by the client, enliven the whole in a bright and nice manner.

Il peso di ogni pista è molto contenuto. Infatti esso oscilla fra i 70 ed i 90 kg., pertanto il montaggio, eseguitomediante l'uso di tirafondi forniti dal costruttore è facilissimo ed effettuabile in tempi molto brevi. Bastano 2 operai per procedere alla posa o alla rimozione dell'impianto (rimessaggio invernale), in un tempo non superiore a 3 ore.

The weight of each course is very limited. In fact,it ranges from 70 to 90 kg. Therefore assembly, carried out by means of log bolts supplied by the builder, is very easy and needs a very short time.

La longevità di un impianti dell' Artman italiana non conosce limiti. I prodotti usati ( plastici rinforzati con fibre di vetro - elementi di fissaggio in acciaio zincato ecc. ) sono universalmente riconosciuti per la loro resistenza agli agenti atmosferici. Impianti di Garden golf ( che si avvalmgono delle stessa tecnologia costruttiva di base del miniatur golf ) posati da piu' di quindici anni, sono ancora perfetti.

The life of an ARTMAN ITALIANA plant knows no limits. The products which are used (plastic reinforced with fiber glass, fixing elements in galvanized iron, etc.) are universally recognized for their weatherability. Garden Golf plants (for which the same basic building technology as the Miniatur Golf one is used) which were laid more than 15 years ago, are still perfect.

La manutenzione è praticamente inesistente ( anche la segnatura dello starter è eseguita con linee indelebili). E' sufficiente lavare bene le piste per farle tornare nuove.

Maintenance is pratically unnecessary (even the starter line is made w ith indelible products). It is enough to wash the courses clean in order to let them become new again.
